彰化基督教醫院為響應政府分級醫療政策，促使醫療資源有效運用、提升區域內醫療服務水準及轉診連續性照護，提供民眾就醫轉診省時、省錢、更便利的服務，彰基院長陳穆寬醫師26日與415家醫療院所共組團隊，並一同進行「彰基醫療航艦‧齊力精準啟航」儀式，提供民眾及轉診醫療機構安心急全方位醫療照護；衛生福利部中央健康保險署署長李伯璋出席表示支持。

為落實執行「分級醫療、雙向轉診」政策，該院規劃四大方向為建置轉診共照醫療網路平台提供精準轉診服務機制、強化醫療聯盟合作及互動、優化轉診資訊共享平台功能、提供民眾安心便捷的醫療服務，去年彰基共完成36000筆雙向轉診，透過「平安共照網」的建立，今年起更將擴大雙向轉診服務。

彰化基督教醫院將再持續和社區診所、機構結盟，擔起區域內醫學中心任務及責任，透過緊密合作發揮醫療團隊共好精神，提供「以病人為中心」的連續性、完整性照護，讓各層級醫院透過分級醫療制度分工合作，民眾獲得最好的醫療照護，共創彰基「分級醫療齊力共好、雙向轉診從心啟航」的目標。
